Freedom in treatment

In the Netherlands, mental healthcare is only covered for serious, sometimes even life-threatening, problems. This results in extremely long waiting lists, even though people who desperately need help often can't wait that long. This can worsen symptoms, making recovery more difficult, and prolonging treatment.

At EDUSA, we want to make a difference and therefore have a different approach. At EDUSA, "you" come first. The person first, everything else second. We encourage people with frequently treated complaints not to join the queue through their GP and receive help under the umbrella of a mental health "label" through the overburdened healthcare system. Furthermore, you don't need a referral for treatment at EDUSA!
